We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Laborshop.ART for return. Returns are processed in the order they are received.

You can return items to us only in person in the offline shop "City Park Grad" within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD returns and returns by any postal delivery method.

In case of return, an acceptance report and a protocol of inspection of the goods will be drawn up in a mandatory manner.

The refunds will be made primarily in cash at the current domestic exchange rate except for shipping and tax costs.
