Yegory Bugaenko (@yegor256news) is convinced that “payment should be made for results, not time.”

Microtasks, micropayments, “8 result blocks to earn payment for 8 hours,” people as a function, full-on @Zerocracy.

This philosophy is crystal-clear but Nietzschean. No regard for the Human Being.

Egor's opponents believe firmly that “creative work cannot be measured” and even measuring it is wrong. Sinful. They are sincerely convinced of this, like those "exhausted geniuses" in senior classes.

We humbly assert:

1) Creative labor can indeed be measured.

2) What needs to be measured isn’t the outcome, but Time spent mindfully.

3) It’s up to the individual themselves—not their employer—to measure their own effort, with no obligation to share these measurements.

This is the “Middle Path,” leading toward Egor’s crystalline truths.
